I saw this for the first time last night, and it was a rather weird movie--but funny.

haha, yeah. There is a great movie out there, "This Filthy Word", it's like the 'Evening With Kevin Smith' series, it's a couple hour long vid John Waters did, talking at a film school about his movies and taking questions. Just one of those ridiculously off the wall people who you could listen to for hours and would be cool to know. Obviously he talks about Pink Flamingos a ton.

I had the misfortune of seeing that movie. Remarkably, it didn't give me any nightmares.

I like that one too, but I'm one of the few casual John Waters fans who prefer his first 2 black and white features, "Mondo Trasho" and especially "Multiple Maniacs". As nuts as that one starts out with the Cavalcade of Perversion right off the bat, Lobstorah still seems out of context when it pops up out of nowhere at the end, and that takes a true artist's touch.

That movie had the most memorable ending ever--and I've seen the Brown Bunny!
