Okay, I've just watched the first episode of Psychoville. Very dark comedy, as dark as an event horizon, but still pretty good. I'll have to wait and see if a), it's as good as The League of Gentlemen, and b), if it's to my liking. Only characters I really don't like are David Sowerbutts and his mother.

Anyone else seen it?

Yeah I saw it a while ago although I think I missed the first episode. I liked Dawn French's character. :)

I LOVE Psychoville!! ! I watched it when it first aired and preordered the dvd right after the first episode. I showed it to my friend recently and I think he likes it more than LOG. Personally, I like LOG more, but Psychoville is really good, one of my favourite shows.

There was also an online bit to the show where there were clues in each week's episode and they set up a bunch of websites with all sorts of information, with new sites each week. It was really fun.

I'm excited for the special and the second series, there was a while when they weren't sure if it was going to be picked up again and there definitely needs to be a second series!

Just watched the second episode. It's growing on me, but I don't think it's quite at the level of The League of Gentlemen. That being said, David Sowerbutts and his mother were much improved this episode, but Dawn French as Joy was just plain psychotic than funny... :?
