I really like Mushi Shi. It has some of the most beautiful art. And the subject matter is sort of fantasy. I also like xxxHolic, that has sort of a Supernatural theme.

Yes, oddly enough I would have recommended exactly those two myself. Also, while not fantasy/supernatural as such, I thought Monster was one of the most memorable shows I've ever seen - really, really good. Also, you didn't mention Fullmetal Alchemist in that list, which is pretty much unmissable, both the new and the old versions. Well, in my opinion anyway.

A good one is To Aru Majutsu no Index (A Certain Magical Index) which combines both magic and scintific psychic powers, aswell as it's spin off series To Aru Kagaku no Railgun (A Certain Scietific Railgun). The first follows a guy dealing with his trait that is both usefull, but also a curse, living in Academy City (the head city of espers populated mostly by students), and gets dragged into the magic side aswell as several unwanted harem members. Railgun on the other hand is about one of the heroines who is one of the most powerfull espers (who is popular in the fanbase) and her friends (most of the cast are female) and the adventures they get up to. Both are easy to watch, with enjoyable characters, action, good humour, but also have serious parts and plot twists. Some of my favourite anime openers too.

I recommend The Vision of Escaflowne (or just Escaflowne). It's set in a fantasy universe with supernatural themes, it had a good plot, a good cast of characters, an amazing soundtrack, and pretty good animation for it's time.

Hellsing. That was my previous obsession. It's very supernatural and occult, it deals with vampires and vampire hunters (and religious warfare... and Nazis...) Probably the best vampire anime out there, though that's just my opinion. There are three versions: the manga, which is the original source and the most complete version, the TV anime, which leaves out a lot of stuff and kinda takes its own path, and the OVAs, which are closer to the manga. Unfortunately they seem to have stopped releasing the OVAs in English-speaking countries due to Geneon going belly-up, but you can watch the fansubs on Youtube.

Hulu.com has a huge selection of them for varying tastes . . . and ages (yes, quite a few MA rated ones). If you want the MA rated ones (not all of which deserve that rating), you'll have to register on the site. Just like any show, some anime is good, others bad, and the rest is ugly . . . but again, personal preferences aside. One I enjoyed was Soul Eater (comical, good character/plot development, mostly clean fun (tv14 rating i think), and snappy lines). Enjoy what they offer :).

Some that I've seen are 11eyes and Asura Cryin', Ayakashi,, and pandora hearts kinda fit in with those genres.

^ myself personally, I did not care much for 11eyes, but fantacy theme is alright, but the yandere thing, and basicly everything go to hell later was not very good. Asura Cryin is pretty interestsing there are ghosts, demons, luck vampires, mecha, sword fighters and general magic, it can get a bit a boreing at times, but at others it can be very good, especially in the boss fights where they blast the opening sone in an awesome way. A Pandora Hearts kind of mixes gothic with Alice in Wonderland influences, nice action, mystery and atmosphere, the humour is also good, this one was an interest I had a while back, I actually just had the Opening song come onto my music so I will take the chance to post Pandora Hearts opening.

Might also take this chance to also say a favourite of mine, it is called Inukami, it is ecchi, so it is good to be aware. It has some mighty fine Japanese styled supernatureal theme, by the way of a boy is part of a family with the aid of Inukami (dog gods) carry out magical jobs, he just hapends to be the black sheep, and his Inukami is rather different to the others. It has me in stitches very often, though it's type of comedy might be a bit of a shock at first, and some might get scared by the first two episodes (lets just say there is always a twist), but the it becomes easier, and the parody version of it's ending it does is one of the funiest things I have seen in anime, I almsot died laughing. Here is it's opening.

One Piece and Fairy Tail are probably the best Shonen Animes/Manga out there. (And they are also original unlike Naruto and Bleach). However my favorite Anime series ever has to be The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya there are just no words to explain why it is amazing. But based on your interests check out One Piece and Fairy Tail (not the dubs though as dubs are terrible)
