JJ Abrams has cut his teeth on star trek and now he's doing a good series. :P (tis a joke enjoy the new trailer)

I love the new trailer. I can't wait until the movie comes out. They were talking about it on the radio today, so I was about to post my own thread but then I saw this one.

I'm not a Star Wars fan, but JJ Abrams certainly knows what he's doing with this.

The Mark Hamil voice over and Harrison Ford appearance were awesome. I love how it resembled the original films in a variety of ways. It looks like more practical effects for instance. While I like the prequels well enough, CGI was so overused. I find that puppets, for instance, can look a lot more real than CG. Not to say CG is bad, but it should not be your initial go to. Really hoping the film will be good.
