Anyone else want to view the list of the worst movies ever. I would like to see the list where Manos is third. I want to see if they really are bad movies. Roger Ebert seems to think North is a horrible movie. The only bad part for me in that film was the Eskimos. But I would like to see a true list of worst films noted by critics.

Do you know about Plan 9 from Outer Space? It will help you immensely with your journey.

Isn't that the movie they always meant to see in Seinfeld but never got around to it?

I'm no critic, but these are my favorite bad movies:
Flash Gordon: Space Soldiers (1936) <— I don't think there was a casting director. They probly just let anyone off the street get in costume and "act".
Zardoz (1974) Sean Connery wears a red diaper with suspenders and carries a revolver. What more could you ask for?
Terror of Mechagodzilla (1975)
Italian Spiderman (2008) Find it on YouTube. Made bad on purpose, but it still ROCKS!

And my absolute favorite:
King Kong Escapes (1968)

I can recommend a good book for this. It's called "Showgirls, Teen Wolves, and Astro-Zombies" by Michael Adams. Basically, it's about this Australian entertainment journalist who spent an entire year watching and rating the worst movies he could find in an effort to find the worst movie ever made. I thought it was very entertaining and amusing not only what he endured, but the amount of effort and detail he put into his year-long project.

If you haven't seen it, check out IMDB's Bottom 100 list.

"Dude, where's my car?" is supposed to be terrible.
And "The Avengers" was one of the biggest flops ever.

You should check out The Onion's spin-off show AV Club Inventory (on youtube).
They review bad movies by category: blockbuster knockoffs, undemanded sequels, misguided eco-friendly entertainments, etc. etc.

Come to think of it, The Avengers did stink to the high heavens.
