i really miss battlestar galactica. seems i read somewhere that sy/fi channel is making a prequel. anyone know anything about it?

Yes.It's called Blood and Chrome and revolves around a young William Adama during the first Cylon war.

Is Caprica worth bothering with? I never watched it or Razor but watched the entirety of the re-imagined BSG and more or less loved it.

it's not the same caliber a bsg (but then, few shows are) but it is still quite good

I guess I'm also asking from the standpoint that it got cancelled - if I start watching it, does it tie up relatively neatly in the end or will I be left hanging? If the latter, is it worth it anyway?

it has an ending that is an ending, not like a mid season cancellation where it just end in the middle of the story.

to SCREWYWABBIT......like others here have said, caprica was missing something. it's worth seeing on dvd. silly religious subplot with unlikeable characters wasn't a big help.

on the other hard, RAZOR as a stand alone movie is terrific. but maybe i just cannot get enough of ensign ro. if there's another star trek series, michelle forbes would be my first choice as captain.

my local library has the complete bsg series on dvd, as well as razor. for free. best deal ever.

best galactica character? anyone have a favorite?
