Probably Anakin Skywalker. Had Kenobi or Yoda just given him the periodic hug, instead of sputtering sage Jedi wisdom, he might not have drifted to the Dark side of the Force.

If I was single my pick for like to hug would be Carly Shay from iCarly & my 2nd choice would be Cat Valentine from Sam & Cat & also from Victorious but I only watched a couple eps of that show.
I think Morty from the new Adult Swim show Rick & Morty could really use a hug because he's a good kid but he's kind of a loser with school, girls, & his uncle Rick uses him , gets him into trouble & then blames him for it.
