Would anyone be interested in this? I don't think it would focus on Jack, but mainly Rose and her family.

How could they have lost all the money? Was the husband a shady figure? We should get to see their home. I think it would be nice.

I'd like to see if there were any other children as well.

No... Just no... I mean I've a lot of utterly stupid and ret*d concepts on this board... But this just falls underneath the area of pointless/no need... I mean it sounds just as bad as that thread wanting a Forrest Gump sequel... (Actually never mind, that's still a worse idea so you don't win a prize for worst film concept on wrongplanet)

Excuse me? How about you shut the hell up! Don't you EVER mention that s**t around me! I was in a hard time in my life and had a lot of drug issues. I was never a fan of that s**t, the whole thing was to get revenge on that b***h and her friends for being pompous arrogant a**holes and possibly get some some positive attention which failed... That Boxxy stuff near ruined my life and I just want it gone... I left all that kind of stuff months ago and am getting my life back together. DO NOT EVER MENTION THAT STUFF TO ME DIRECTLY OR I WILL GO TO THE MODS FOR HARASSMENT! Yeah, I've made mistakes in my life but WHO THE HELL HASN'T! At least I don't like about a suicide attempt and then pretend to be my own mom so that I don't look like an idiot to everyone...

Our team of writers is writing the prequel now. If anything, I think it will be decent. We just might have to film it ourselves. I know of a film director I used to work with.

Is it a 2 1/2 hour story about two imaginary dock workers and their forbidden love during the construction of the great ship? The first thing I thought of when I read "Titanic prequel" was, "What, a movie about welders and such?" There could be a gripping scene where they decide not to load enough lifeboats... dun dun DUN!

I think a prequel should also focus on Jack's life prior to boarding the Titanic.
