Depends what you find funny--being stoned will just make it funnier! :P

Toked up and saw the new Family Guy. EPIC. Was near death, so good.

I got a good one: "Oh! Super Milk-Chan!" Even with a clear head, it makes me feel like I'm stoned, heh

My mother and I were talking about 'Biker Mice From Mars' the other day, and about what a zany premise it had: anthropomorphic MICE from MARS riding MOTORCYCLES, fighting a race of FISH who smell like CHEESE.

They really fit the 'radioactive gerbils' trope from TV-tropes.org. I can only imagine how good this show would be if you were to watch it stoned. And I loved Biker Mice.

I don't do drugs either, btw.

I one time watched the episode of Family Guy: "Brian Wallow's and Peter's Swallows" when I was hopped up on I think it was Dayquil, also watched the one where Stewie met his half brother on Dayquil

Phineas J. Whoopee, you're the greatest (or genius, depending)!

I second this and will raise you a Rocky & Bullwinkle

i do not get "stoned" (what a curious word with all it's connotations), but i am very susceptible to flights of fancy, and some cartoons make me fear for my life because they tickle a part of me which laughs so hard, that i have to consider the possibility of having a stroke.

one cartoon that almost killed me was "tom and jerry: tennis chumps". i will post a link to it, but it is a cropped version of it. the actual cartoon goes for about 7 minutes, and this three minute clip is the highest quality rendition of it i could find on youtube. i found the 7 minute version, but it is in woefully low fidelity, and it is not worth posting a link to.
the music for this cartoon was written by a genius.

another excellent cartoon i found to be enthralling (for a while) was "eek the cat".

i do not think that "eek the cat" would be legal to screen on many channels in this day and age.

i think the video is not interesting after 14 minutes, and before that point, i was enthralled with the diversity of ways that eek could meet with disaster. the ideas became less compelling after about 14.5 minutes.

I have seen some very old cartoons that may have been early Loony Tunes, which had dancing plates and cups and silverware. I think they were from the 1930s or '40s. They were extremely trippy and surreal.

Not a cartoon, but I've heard this show was popular with the stoners for some reason....
