foriegn drama movie on SBS? Australia

I was wondering if any fellow aussies caught the name of a movie I watched sometime during the week,
Im not sure whether it was korean or something but it was a drama story about two people who were in love during a movie shoot or something, and when the film was finished they had to part, i remember that the main character the guy said something like "love and suffering are inseperable", near the end of it the guy and girl do a swinging acrobatics act between two buildings (during snowy winter) and when the guy gets caught by the girl he tells her to let him go.

anyways i thought it was good, i wish i didn't miss most of it though, hopefully someone here knows.
