Too bad its a limited theatrical release, I'll have to drive to D.C. on the 5th to see it.

Totally agree. The trailer looks great, Dominic Cooper seems to perform a pretty good job (he was very nice in Captain America), and the plot looks interesting and it is based on a true story. Rolling Stones only gave it 3/5, but I want to watch it anyway. I am also waiting for Another earth, We need to talk about Kevin, and A dangerous method.

I saw it yesterday and it's really good. It's definitely one of my favorites this year. I have also read the book that it's based on called I Was Saddam's Son.

Some of the facts around the story have been changed for dramatic purposes (particularly the ending) but it still succeeds as both a really lavish gangster film and as a big budget Hollywood anti-Saddam film.

Just watched the trailer.

Can't wait! {Except this doesn't open in Portland until August 12th.}

It looks like my kind of movie, but I have no illusions that I'll probably have to catch it on DVD.
