It was this miniseries back in 1994 on the Discovery Channel that originally sparked my interest in neuroscience and wanted to be a neurologist at age ten.

The computer animation at :30 and other parts of this just drew me in so much that my eyes were locked on the TV. I absolutely loved it. The computer animation is done so well that it really brings out the beauty of how the brain works. This is Episode 1, Evolution.

This is episode 3, Memory. The intro is so awesome, it draws me in so much.

This is episode 4, The Miraculous Mind

I loved how macrophages and astrocytes played a part in restoring neural connections.

This is episode 5, Matter over Mind. It finally gave me an insight to the molecular structure of seratonin.

I absolutely LOVE this miniseries, even to this day.
