The next season of Doctor Who is going to be shown in 2013

wow, thats a bit of a wait! Hopefully there will be something next year!

That is a long wait. Only good thing for me is that I just got into Doctor Who so I will have the time to get caught up on the new episodes at least. Maybe I will even try to watch some of the classic Who since alot of it is on netflix.

I'm so disappointed... I absolutely adore Doctor Who; it's one of my major special interests right now. To hear that I won't get more until '13 makes me very sad. Though to be honest, I'm not caught up with the latest episodes (even though I already know the big spoiler for season 6), so maybe it's actually a blessing that there won't be any new episodes, because now I'll get a chance to catch up to the other Whovians.

But something that concerns me about waiting so long is that I may not be interested in Doctor Who anymore once 2013 rolls around. My special interests don't seem to last as long as they did when I was younger. Oh well, I lost interest in Hellsing before they were able to dub all of the OVAs and that didn't bother me, so I shouldn't let this bother me either.

I likewise have just gotten into Dr. Who, so I can wait. There are tons of serials on Netflix.
