Yes. Many people look alike. Bill O'Reilly, for example, looks just like my ass.

there face structure is different yes but there hairstyle and eyes are quite similar.

I always thought Hugh Jackman (as he appeared in the first X-Men) looked a lot like a young Clint Eastwood.
