Are we meant to think that she actually HAS Asperger's?
To me, it seems more like she is meant to be seen as someone faking a condition to suit her purposes.
If that's the case, I think it is a slap in the face to anyone without an "official" diagnosis (the vast majority of adult aspies, for example). I also wonder why, with roughly 1% of students being diagnosed with some form of autism, the Glee writers have chosen to address the issue only in this manner. I like Glee, but so far I find this offensive. I hope in the future this character will either be shown to have genuine social difficulties, or else will be called out by other characters as a fraud.
