Sealab, Aqua Teens, and Squidbillies. I was also a fan of Stroker & Hoop, but they gave it the axe after one season. 12 oz. Mouse is hilarious if you have the proper chemical mingling with your blood.

I'll watch "Family Guy" and occasionally "American Dad". I used to watch "Home Movies" when Adultswim debuted years ago.

I am only counting Adult Swim original shows, but my favorite shows are:

Robot Chicken
Aqua Teen Hunger Force/Aqua Unit Patrol Squad 1 (the show hadn't really changed all that much)
Venture Bros.

Mary Shelley's Frankenhole. I love the animation and the characters are really likable.

I also like NTSF:SD:SUV:: because it parodies one of my mom and brother's favorite shows, CSI: Miami.

All of them are pretty good...but I'd have to say Space Ghost C2C is my favourite, with ATHF a close second.
