You may think this a stupid question but I'm going ask you question.
Do Timelords (e.g The Doctor, The Master, The Rani, The Romana) use the toilet?
I think they do because from the episode The Girl in the fire place, when the Doctor looked under the bed, then a monster surprised The Doctor, he told young Reinette, if had dream about it, he would wet himself.
I'd never seen the Doctor use the toilet.

Perhaps they use up almost everything they eat. They must go, as you've never heard the companions complain about no bogs on the TARDIS....

It is silly question and it's all the while "taking it too seriously". That's why I love it. There aren't a whole lot of places you could ask a question like and not get beaten or at least yelled at. I'm glad I joined.

Ok back to the original question, even if Timelords don't go to the bathroom, he could still have one in his TARDIS for his companion, so lack of complaints doesn't really mean Timelords go to the bathroom.

I'd discover Timelords use the toilet because I was reading the Doctor Who Adventures magazine, it had a comic part,
the Doctor drank anti-vampire juice, then he burped it out, then bubbles came out of his mouth.

I would just assume they do, but they don't have to do it as often, like once a week or something.

Gallifreyans need to urinate every few days, according to the Doctor Who novels. I hope this answers your question.
