R.I.P. Cliff Robertson

We have lost one of the greats of the screen, Cliff Robertson, the other day. I remember him from various roles throughout the years, though younger movie goers may remember him best as Peter Parker's Uncle Ben in the Spiderman movies.

Saw his Oscar-winning role in Charly not too long ago. I know a lot of people argue Dustin Hoffman should've gotten Best Actor that year for The Graduate, but it's probably a safe bet they haven't seen Charly. Robertson was REALLY good in that film, and it takes a lot to impress me right off the bat with an acting performance.

Another sad loss to the acting brotherhood. RIP.
