what did you guys think of it? i didn't see it because i heard it was so awful, and i love the tv show

If you love the TV show DO NOT see the movie! M. Night Shamwow(or however his name is spelled) took a great show and made what I consider to be the worst movie of 2010. It nearly made me swear off movies for good. Wait until it gets remade by a director who's actually capable of making quality movies.

Apparently there's a thing which people are donating money into to send M. Night Shamalamamayaman to film-making school to learn how to actually make movies.

He needs it!

Whoever gave Mr. Shamallama this job should be immediately fired.

Besides. I honestly dont think a movie would be able to enrich the awesomeness of the series whatsoever, it's all already there.

i'm glad about getting a movie for Airbender... and the kid that played Aang was a really good match up.

i didn't like the way they pronounced some of the names...and some of the martial arts looked kinda hooky to me.
but i understand that being a 2hr movie they HAD to skip things from the first season of the cartoon.

however, overall, in general...i do like the movie...that is...until someone makes a BETTER version. and says the names the RIGHT way.
though i am curious to see the second movie....

Perhaps the worst thing about this bad movie is the incredibly bad acting.

While it could have been done WAY better, the purpose of movies is to keep me entertained and I have to say I was. I was actually defending it from my friend while leaving the theatre.

My Cousin saw it and said it was terrible like all the fire benders were fat and Mexican, Zuko's scar was hardly visible, Uncle Iro was skinny and apparently he hated tea, Earth bending was basically sand bending, you couldn't see the air bending, Appa had 4 legs instead of 6, Sokka wasn't funny, and... My point they got ALOT of stuff wrong. I'm glad he told me what happen so that way I don't waste 2hrs of my life watching something that will make my eyes bleed. (I couldn't think of a better joke then that) :/

1) It takes 6 guys to move one little rock (really really slowly).
2) The earthbenders are supposed to be banished and not allowed to earthbend. This would make sense if they were trapped on ships like in the series, BUT THEY'RE NOT! THERE'S EARTH ALL AROUND THEM!
3) The firebenders can't make fire (which completely defies the entire point of firebending) so why didn't Aang (I'm sorry, I mean UNG) just blow out their source of fire & render them useless? WHY WHY!! ! ARGGGHHHH!! !!

And PLEASE, PLEASE, don't forget the God awful acting!
