I'm not sure if this is available in many places outside the UK yet, but has anybody been watching this? It is a spectacular BBC nature documentary about the Arctic and Antarctic, narrated by David Attenborough of course. The photography is absolutely amazing, and shows what high definition was truly made for. It took the camera crews months, probably even years, to film the series. There is just so much to explain about it...
One of my favourite scenes (apologies if it doesn't work in your country)

I only just caught the second episode last week, and it is absolutely spellbinding. My favourite scenes where the adult polar bear disciplining an unruly cub and the wolf cubs playfighting. It's also one of the very few shows i watch on TV, because half of our channels are swamped with crap reality tv drivel.... *cough cough The Only Way is Essex*
