Room 101 RETURNS!

Just noticed that the show ROOm 101 has returned! with Frank Skinner as the new host! I'm about to watch the first ep on BBCI player.

anyone remember this epic show? And what would you want to put into room 101?

I watched ep. 1 on the iplayer and will watch ep. 2 tonight I think. Thought ep. 1 had its moments but not sure if format gets the best out of Skinner. Suppose the focus isn't really on him. Can depend on who's on. Merton is a hard act to follow, I guess.

What would I put into rm 101? BBC1 News.

Oh, yes, I remember watching Room 101. I think it the BBC also aired it at nights when I watching the Red Dwarf re-runs that were aired at a ridiculously late timeslot, somewhere between midnight and 1 o' clock, if I recall correctly.

I liked the episode with Will Self:

And I also remember seeing a clip from before Merton presented it; an old man, don't remember who, put the Hokey Pokey into Room 101. "Do the hokey pokey, shut your mouth, that's what it's all about. Well, if I were to pass on from this life, and stand before God, and ask him 'What was it all about?' and he'd answer: 'The hokey pokey'..."

And I liked Ross Noble putting in Craig David, even though I like Craig David.
