I'm just a little curious about this but before The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning (which wasn't really a good movie like most other DTV Disney Movies minus The Lion King sequels) came out with it's current story I discovered a storyboard draft of what seemed to be a cancelled plot for the movie before the current one it has now. It involved Ariel on a ship with Eric and Sebastian and some other characters and according to the lines they were saying it seemed like they were searching for a white whale. So...was the film originally gonna be called The Little Mermaid III: Ariel meets Moby Dick. Also it seemed that Ariel was mad at Eric for some reason which does raise an eyebrow of interest. I know I kinda sound like a girl for asking this because TLM is more for all the Disney Princess fanatic girls out there but I'm just a fanatic for animated films especially Disney. If this film had originally stuck to this plot it probably would have sucked but would still be kinda interesting. So does anyone have any info on this? what the original plot was? Was Captain Ahab and Ishmael on the ship?
