All of Romero's are good, but Dawn of the Dead is the best. I haven't seen many others that I've liked. I probably like Romero's the most because, like me, he finds zombies boring and only uses them as a vessel for more important things, like developing the characters and social commentary. Zombie movies that focus on the zombies are just wasting my time.

What I hate about zombie movies is that fact that you know when some one is going to get eaten and when the zombies are fast :x

28 Days Later. I really like Danny Boyle anyway but then he went and put Godspeed You! Black Emperor on the soundtrack and I freaked out a little bit in the theater.

The first half of the movie was absolutely brilliant. It's just a pity that the studio didn't have the courage to go with the director's vision and sanitised it.

Well, technically in Zombieland, they were "the infected" rather than zombies from the dead.

Shockwaves. It's old and hokey most of the time, but there are some creepy scenes where the nazi zombies are walking underwater, and where they come walking out, I thought they did really good.

I hate the scene in land of the dead where the zombies come out of the water and you can see their breath in the chill air.

I did like the dawn of the dead, with ving rhames, also.

My thoughts exactly.

I'm tired of zombies in general. Zombies and vampires, damn, I'm sick of both. I wish the print and film industries would play with some different monsters for a while.

I'm sure British character actors need the work!

Hopefully, Prometheus delivers. That should have a lot of British citizens in it.

Dawn of the Dead (original). What's not to love about this?
Fulci's Zombie/Zombie Fleah Eaters. Come on a zombie fighting a shark how can you not like that?
Re-Animator. Where do I start on why I love this film. Like Dawn of the Dead it's perfection.
