Why does IMDb keep deleting posts without any explanation?

Like the first reply to http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0312549/board/nest/15430143 - a further reply saying that it was the funniest thing they've heard in a while, and now no one will know what that was for all of eternity because of seemingly fascistic tendencies. :(

Because they can.

You would be better off contacting the people who run IMDb for an answer.
