Does anyone remember the TV series "Spellbinder"

I am from Poland, this show was always aired during the holidays by Polish National Television TVP , I really liked the show, actually I love everything that is associated with science fiction, for example, recently finished the game Mass Effect 3, the end of me a little disappointed, but not what I write.

As I said earlier I really liked the TV series "Spellbinder," but this is not the only series that I like, because I'm also a big fan of "Stargate SG-1". I'm thinking of writing a fanfiction combining "Spellbinder" and "Stargate" in my story, the universe of "Spellbinder" would not be parallel universe like everyone mistakenly else thought, but the uncharted planet in Milky Way galaxy. and the Spellbinders itself was by simple an Ancients

Never before have not written anything serious except for comments on YouTube and posts in forums such as WrongPlanet , I would like to take a serious writer but it's probably a stupid idea.
BTW, what do you think about my idea for a story?

Actually I think I do remember this. I think they showed this on CITV in the 90's. If I remember it was about some modern day kid who gets tranported to some parallel world or something and it looks like something from the dark ages but with some kind of technology used by these Spellbinders. I remember there was this woman who served as the main villain and the kid befriended a girl and back in the real world his two other friends were trying to find him or something and he eventually arrived home with the girl who was trapped there now and that was it. I believe there was a countinuation to that but I didn't see it. Have I got it right

I almost forgot this show was the Polish-Australian co-production.

And what do you think about making Spellbinder/Stargate SG-1 crossover

I watched this show as a kid and read the books too. It was one of my first introductions to SF and I loved it! Ashka was my favorite TV villain for a long time.

I think it would work very well as a crossover with Stargate (if I remember correctly, there were 'gates' of some sort to cross between the Spellbinders' world and ours, so that fits). It'd be fun to read. If you're inspired to write it, then go ahead!
