Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog
- Lighthearted and fun.
Sonic the Hedgehog (Saturday AM)
- I think this one was never finished and ended on a cliffhanger. Correct me if I'm wrong. The comics are still running though.
Sonic Underground
- I know this one was never finished since it remains unresolved.
The straight to video Sonic the Hedgehog Movie
- It introduced Metal Sonic. I bought this one when I saw it. It gave me chills watching Metal Sonic's demise.
Sonic X
- Just watch the Japanese dub with English sub. 4kids ruined the English dub with kid friendly censorship (example: I heard there are death scenes in season 3 and they are cut in the 4kids version. There are others featured in a video somewhere comparing 4kids version to the Japanese version).
Now CN is preparing a new series. 15 minute run time, CG format, Action Comedy, etc.
Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy are present.
Questions that remain: What part of the Sonic Mythos can we expect? Is it going to follow the games or is it going to follow more different story path but still be true to the series? Are the voice actors going to be from the games? Is the character design any good (Knuckles looks a little too bulky)? Is CN going to treat the show well (I still haven't forgiven them for what they did to so many other shows)?

I remember all thsoe series. I hope that it can be as good as the other series, and yes the comics are still running.

I'd rather see a Sonic cartoon that follows the games. Especially Sonic 3 & Knuckles. That was the last great Sonic game ever. Nothing can ever surpass it.
