Critiques on my voice acting? (Batman characters)

So I auditioned for this guys coming project of a Batman: TAS abridged series and decided to audition, keep in my that I used the lines that he provided and kind of did my own thing with the characters I auditioned with rather then try and replicate the original voices (which was encouraged). And I know the mic sucks but I plan to buy a new one soon... Anyways was just curious what you guys thought and what I might need to work on and what works and whatnot.

But yeah, I do really hope to go into a career in voice acting so am just thinking about doing free internet stuff to build up a resume if I can lol.
