Can someone please recommend me some anime it doesn't matter if it's dubbed or subbed since I can watch both. I have already seen:

Death note

Dnangel

Code geass

Kuroshitsuji

Soul eater

I would call myself an "otaku" (I'd seen over than 350 Anime-Series), but it's really difficult to recommend you a lot of good Animes, because I only can suppose (based on your list..), which Animes you would like ..

What are your favourite genres of Anime?

Well, then I will recommend you some of the Animes, which I like:
  • To Aru Majutsu no Index I & II
  • To Aru Kagaku no Railgun
  • Kore wa zombie desu ka?
  • Chaos Head
  • Dog days I, II & III
  • Accel World
  • Neon genesis Evangelion
  • AiON (That's just a manga)
  • Kekkaishi
  • Mantantei Loki
  • Elfen Lied
  • Märchen Awakens Romance
  • Darker than black
  • Another (Also just a manga, I guess.)
  • .hack series

They're all pretty good, but the best are these:
  • Kore wa Zombie desu ka?
  • To Aru Majutsu no Index I & II
  • To Aru Kagaku no Railgun
  • Chaos Head
  • Accel World
  • Dog Days I, II & III

I hope, that I could help you.

Depends what your standards are for 'fantasy', but there's Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (set in a early 20th century style world with Magic).

If you're willing to watch something new that is still coming out with episodes every week, look up Shingeki no Kyojin/Attack on Titan. It shows a lot of promise. It's only 5 episodes in and I'm hooked. It's available on Crunchyroll.

"Seirei no Moribito" and "Kemono No Souja Erin" are two great fantasy anime.
