Does anyone here like Farscape? I am a bit obsessed with the show so if anyone wants to talk about it that would be great.

Back when the show was in its original run on SciFi I watched it religiously; I developed a gigantic crush on Gigi Edgely ("Chiana"), which was ultimately dashed when I saw nude photos of her — the woman has got no ass.

Me, I was all for the Peacekeeper chick, as long as she didn't crack my spine or somethin'.

I thought the alien chick, not CHiana, the other one was hot.

okay question.

I was Watching SG 1 the other night. and It was the episode called Beachhead. The chick, who destroyed the supergate. she looks like the peacekeeper girl that Crichton falls in love with. Are they the same actors?

Claudia Black and Ben Browder have both gone from Farscape to SG-1. Claudia plays Vala Mal Doran and Ben Browder plays Cameron Mitchell. In the 200th episode of SG-1 there is a joke reference to them appearing in Farscape with the SG-1 team (and Thor) all briefly appearing as members of Moya's crew.

Yep.

I've tracked down the relevant clip from SG-1 here.
Mitchell / Crichton appears as Stark in the clip.

I used to watch that on some local channel. For some reason I thought the mushroom thing that drove the spaceship was cute.

Yes. It's pretty cool that the woman is name Aeryn.

You've seen nude photos of Gigi Edgley? Where? :D

Me, I liked Farscape. But what I find interesting is that while Ben Browder's character on SG-1 (which I am also a big fan of) is a lot like John Crichton, Claudia Black's character on SG-1 is *nothing* like Aeryn Sun...

I am a huge fan of Farscape; Maldis the galactic wizard is my favorite character; I own both of the DVDs that have the episodes that Maldis is in and I plan to buy the rest of the DVDs.

Farscape represents how I feel when interacting with others. I, like John Chrighton do not fit in with others and I have been known to make references to things that are not known or understood by others. Also I have named my Angry Bird plush Talyn, and I have recently acquired Farscape comic books, but mostly it reflects my feelings of being surrounded by hostile aliens who care not for my emotional wellbeing and any allies I have are powerless to do anything so I avoid burdening them with such trifling nonsense. In conclusion Farscape is awesome, I would rather go down on a swing, and D'Argo is your daddy.
