...Or they wouldn't make commercials with such horrible noise! Like the Kit Kat bar commercials where instead of singing that stupid "Gimme a break" jingle from the 90's they just crunch it to the tune, which is even worse. People screaming, horrible music, hideous colors swirling around like some drug-influenced flashback, showing the exact same ads over and over and OVER. Seriously, what can you tell me about Pepto-Bismol I haven't already heard about 9 million times already? :?

Yes, this is horrible. I always have my finger on the mute button.

They deliberately create this "wall of sound" effect, using every register to make you crazy. Music, people speaking in a very loud and deliberate voice, lots of background noise, and lots of short camera shots. I find CNN has some of the worst self-promotion clips they keep showing every 5 minutes. What idiot put that horrible music there? What's with the 1/10th of a second shots?
