Years ago back in the 90's there was a cartoon series called Prostars and it was about 3 famous sports celebrities Michael Jordon, Bo Jackson and Wayne Gretzky who act as a sort of superhero team and fight the forces of evil, sounds kinda lame huh. According to my sources it only lasted 13 episodes and I remember I had 1 episode on tape and though wikipedia has the episodes and the plots of those episodes listed I can't seem to find that 1 episode I had taped. The story was that a little girl and her african american friend ran away from home because her mother remarried or something and her little brother asks for the Prostars help in finding her and there was a scene where the 2 girls earned some money somehow and it was stolen by a guy on a bicycle and they stole a horse and carrage which had a baby in it and I think Michael Jordon swooped in to save it and the little brother is kidnapped by some villain. It's really amazing how I remember all this despite the show not being all that memorable. Does anyone know the name of that episode or that it's even in the right show because I'm pretty sure it was.

I remember there being a cereal called Prostars that had pictures of Wayne Gretzky and other guys on it. It was shaped like little stars and tasted like Cheerios, well more like styrofoam, and it was the first cereal to be sweetened with aspartame, I think, so there was a lot of hype around it. Yeah, it's a wonder we don't all have brain tumors by now from all the aspartame-sweetened junk from back then... anyway, the cereal was really short-lived as well and I kind of heard about a show or cartoon but never saw it.
