What do you mean by guilty? I mean, I could list movies I like or ones that I am embarrassed to like, but they might not embarrass others. For example, I usually hate musicals by for some reason I like The Music Man (though not all of the songs in it by any means). I am inexplicably mad about the Bollywood film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. I scorn chick flicks but I love Jane Austen and have many favorite adaptations of her novels that I like to watch. Some movies are guilty pleasures because of what I like about them... like the reveal of the prince at the end of Beauty and the Beast (I know he's a cartoon, but... woof!) Or the way we bought all those collections of Warner Brothers cartoons and Dangermouse and Count Duckula for the "kids" or the entire collection of the Avatar series... I could go on. A lot of film and tv isn't, strictly speaking, fit for an intelligent mind, but we just like it.

I consider "Showdown In Little Tokyo" (1991, with Dolph Lundgren and Brandon Lee) a guilty pleasure... because the over-the-top action scenes and the silly oneliners make me chuckle... I know it's the epitome of everything that was BAD about late 80s/early 90s action movies (as opposed to the good things those movies did bring sometimes), but that must be what I like about it.

Don't confuse with "Big Trouble In Little China", which is considered a cult favourite and starred Kurt Russell.

OddFinn, I think the question relates to liking movies that the rest of the world hates so much that it's embarrassing to admit you like them.

In my case.

I love the Phantom Menace (I like all the SW films but TPM is the one most people hate).
Michael Mann's "The Keep"
Highlander II & III (they're not as bad as they seem).
Alien 3 (Hated it at first but now like it... unfortunately, it's now "trendy" to like this film).

I'm pretty sure that the movie needs to be really crappy to qualify. No one's come out with anything just plain awful, except maybe Child's Play so here's mine:

Manaquin (just the first one, of course)
