It sounds a little like White Collar except with a hot girl protagonist instead of a hot guy.

Noooo, absolutely nothing like white collar. It is a bit more sci-fi drama. I love it.
Bad-ass lead character (the actress plays multiple characters), intrigue, crazy people, and just enough science to appeal to my inner geek.

Orphan Black is a really great show. The lead actor is phenomenal and has a shocking range of skill in portraying different characters. The premise and interesting the storyline moves along quickly without stagnation. I highly suggest checking out the first few episodes to get a small taste of what the show is about.

LOVE IT!! ! Its actually better than I thought it would be. Do not miss out. It is helping to fill the giant void that was left by Fringe.

Why are people spoiling that for someone who hasn't seen it yet? :/
I was going to to tell the OP not to read into anything about it if they haven't already because that way, everything that happens is unexpected and therefore, much more exciting. And since it gets into the plot immediately, you'll know pretty quickly if this is something you're interested in without really wasting time.
Anyway, this show is amazing! It's intelligent, there are twists, interesting characters, it's sometimes funny although not often and the protagonist is an awesome mix of cute and sexy.
And it's already been renewed for a second Season!
