Just looked on BBC news that Matt Smith will be leaving Doctor Who at this years Christmas Special.

That would be nice, especially if there was something about this hypothetical structure that is an homage to Romana II who its in my opinion is the superior Romana although I do like both Romanas.

Just looked at Digital Spy website it says 12th Doctor will be revealed next month. It also says that an actor Ben Daniels is favourite at the moment.

I think Chiwetel Ejiofor would be brilliant (and not just because he'll be the first black doctor) but he might be too big for it though by the end of the year.

Hugh Laurie. Although last I heard, he wanted to leave off television series for a while and get back into movies.

In the episodes of "Trial of a Timelord", the main antagonist is the "Valeyard" which is the personification of the evil in the Doctor between the twelfth and last regenerations. So how in the world is the Doctor going to be like in the next regenerations is a mystery to me.
