There's something both raw and honourable at the same time time about the western genre that one can relate to every day life. For instance, events today in the Middle East are straight out of a western movie. Just a shame that the only one in Hollywood today who knows how to make a western movie is Clint Eastwood.

I shift between dramas, foreign dramas, post apocalyptic sci fi, and documentaries. I don't seem to care much for action, horror, romance, sports, and war films. I do enjoy war documentaries however. I find mankind's disposition to violence odd and fascinating.

My very favorite genres are Horror and Scifi, though I can more than appreciate comedy, action, drama, and westerns.

I like mostly comedies, cartoons, and movies based off my fave books. I don't really like action movies. I like them for the dialogue, but I can never follow the action.

It's the one with fictional worlds, magic, swords, magical creatures, and most of all, pretty dragons!

Horror is by far my fave genre.

I also like fantasy, sci-fi and quite a few cartoons/animated movies.
Thrillers can be good too.

Comedies can often fail. Comedy is usually best in movies when it's incorporated in another genre, like action comedies, or just the occasional comment made.

horror, sci-fi, comedies, westerns, documentaries about subjects that interest me
