I do. I could do without the gore, though.

I am part of the way though season 3, I think the show could really at this point just kill off his family and make it less drama based. I would rather see more of the badass darker side of Walt, I can watch drama on any other show if I wanted too.

Otherwise a good show not many shows I can even make it into the 3rd season because the acting and drama get so damn bad.

i watched the first two seasons with intense interest.

since then for whatever reason i just can't sit through an episode. i haven't even been able to pay attention closely enough to figure out if it's the show that's changed, or me.

first season definitely amazing.

I know, right? To me, I found that Skyler was being a B****, and instead of trying to at least separate, she just divorces him. At that point, I could not blame Walt for going off the deep end. When she serves the papers (episode 1 or 2 of that season), I seriously thought he was going to cold cock her (the intro confused the matter more).

The only thing I hated was when they picked themselves for drugs, that just made me kinda skirmish, but otherwise not too bad, from what I have seen so far.

My wife and I have been Breaking Bad fans (Baddicts, if you will) from the first episode of the first season. While I'm sorry the show is now over, at the same time, I'm glad Vince Gilligan chose to end it while ahead, instead of running it into the ground.
One of the main reasons for the series' success, besides incredible writing and direction, was the outstanding performances by the whole cast. The characters were without peer and so very captivating, from Walt, who allows the darkness in him to destroy everything in not only his life, but the lives of all around him - Jesse, Walt's partner and oddly innocent meth maker/addict - the Mephistophelean drug lord Gus Fring - Mike, the hitman with a sense of integrity - the socially awkward, differential Todd, who proves to be an emotionless sociopath - and all the rest.
Damn, it was such a great show!

The show is utterly fantastic! The ending was very fitting too!

Without spoiling anything, there is a very real reason to keep his family involved... keep watching! :0)

I loved this show and the ending too. I can see myself rewatching the whole series a few times, which is very unusual for me.

So, I just started watching the show a week or two ago... I resisted watching for so long because--from what I'd heard about it--I figured it was just some nihilistic, amoral, self indulgent excuse for violence and drug porn.

However, after finishing season two, I'll admit that (so far) I was wrong... Up to now, anyway, the show seems to be a fairly thoughtful study in self-destruction. Walt might be beating lung cancer, but entering the drug trade has given him cancer of the soul.

That is how I am with movies in general. My mom is kinda uptight about media, so I am reluctant to watch everything everyone is watching, because well, a lot of it is crap. But I find this is actually has value, not that I am a critic, but I think this has deeper meaning, unlike slash flicks and baby mamma dramas .

Otherwise, I watch no TV. My best friend was watching the end of last season so I knew the timeline and watched the finale. It's TV, but it has symbolism, changing use of color, interesting and artistic shots, foreshadowing, varying character arcs, etc.-- much more than just action/whodunnit/crimeshow fare. Surprisingly compelling. Wow, can those people act... but so weird, it is no world I identify with, and all that lying and shifting loyalties and drugs and murders makes no sense to me...

I thought it was the best thing on tv since the Sopranos for the first few seasons, but the last two seasons I really hated. I think the Sopranos was more my cup of tea because it was more of a moral story (in the literary sense, not religious), in that Tony struggled with his own immorality and so he was never just static and evil. Walt to me has just turned into a boring cliched psychopath. And why did they put Jesse into an emotional coma for two seasons?

So I finally was able to download the final season on to my computer (i don't have tv so I can't watch it), but unbeknownst to myself I accidentally didn't download the last episode so i thought the second to the last one ended it. Then when I found out there was one more episode, I was like, for me they just can't fix it, it's too late. Not sure I care.

I think it really was just my taste though. I really appreciated the care they put into it technically.

I don't get what the big attraction of the show is.
It just doesn't appeal to me.
