I heard the song, that was sung by Rush, is called, Subdivision, it's an old early 1980s. It's about the feelings of isolation, boredom, conformity, and sadness springing up from teenage life in the suburbs. Which all of these are signs of Asperger's Syndrome.

I was isolated from people, and also I was depressed, Anxious, and Bored easily, when I was in the Teenage Years. Which I have PDD-NOS/Aspergers Syndrome.

Here's the Video

Is it true that the song talks about Living with Asperger's Syndrome.

I've never heard Rush's lyricist, Neil Peart, talk about Asperger's so I can't say. A lot of his writing is influenced by Ayn Rand, though, and she often speaks about topics like alienation and the social structure. This song is about bullies and being an outcast, definitely something aspies can relate to.
