Executive summary, please?

Link, please?

Never confuse unintentionally bad acting for an intentional depiction of Aspie-like behavior.

This is the best I could find. She's a secondary but regular character which means no youtube video, profiles, that I could find. I don't know what you want.

I'd want evidence that the character has been written as an Aspie. A quick web search draws a blank. There are any number of fictional characters with Aspie traits who are not Aspies. House springs to mind (he can understand social cues, but doesn't give a ****: this makes him an **sehole, not an Aspie). The latest incarnation of Sherlock is another. Wrong again: http://wellingtongoose.tumblr.com/post/ ... ism-thanks

I don't care what you want. And characters that are mentioned to have aspergers tent to be the worst. it's a fictional character, interpret it any way you want. I'd love to drop a few clips on here but they don't exist, I'd love to hear from someone who watches the show.

You asserted that the character is an Aspie. Unsubstantiated assertions get our entire society into trouble. It's a long way from religion, or economics, or climate-change denialism, or even the twaddle from the anti-vaxxers, but it's a bad habit.

You want a thesis on a secondary character on a TV show? Look this is getting ridiculous, I'm out.

No, I just want something beyond your assertion that a thing is true, even a character profile longer than 4 lines, preferably one discussing autistic traits. I don't need a thesis.

I think it's fine to say a character might be aspie.

As one's own opinion, perhaps; but unless that character was designed as an Aspie, the opinion makes no sense.

Besides, bad acting can be easily confused with Aspie-like behavior ... inappropriate emotional expression ... clumsy gait ... poor eye contact ... missed social cues ... et cetera ...
