How amazing is it? It's like being in one's mind. It's being entrapped within one's self. It is like that, is it not? :P

I... finally understood why they call them 'children'... it's the process individuality goes through before it becomes unique, doesn't it? The sperm and the egg... the embryo finding oneself.

But... what about loneliness? Am I not lonely? Are you not? Should I suppose that if we're 'born' we're able to just become one with the other too? How could I reconcile that with the perception that I had already become one, but once again detached? Is it forever? Why is it that I want to become re-attached? Is that even possible? ...Is this a bubble we're in?

Anyway, yeah, please feel free to post your interpretations! :D

I've been hearing good things about this ancient series since I first grew tired with manga back in 2010. I started watching it a couple days ago and I'm on episode 8, maybe it's because I'm doing homework at the same time, but damn, it's boring and mind numbing as hell... Maybe as I was born 1996,and I've already watched stuff influenced by it so it's nothing new.

I mean it has its moments but it didn't really "hook" me with the characters...and I can even look over the wimpy-@ss protagonist

If you watch the movies, and watch the commentary on End of Evangelion, you'll be told that the Hideaki Anno wrote and directed Death & Rebirth and End of Eva because people complained about the last episode, and he decided to change it because of that.

How I like looking at the series is that the last episode is valid. Shinji thinks he's done with it all. He can finally move on and mature. And then Shinji wakes up, and the world still sucks, and it goes into the End of Eva.

I cannot ever perfectly remember the end of this series, but I don't ever really remember understanding it. It's probably just a concept I take for granted or don't get the way it's presented to us.

I, for one, cannot wait for the re-imagining movies to be finished finally.
