I found Beauty and the Geek helpful - third season coming soon.

While I cannot say if the geeks had Aspies, they definitely were socially challenged.

I believe it is on WB.

Am I the only one who was deeply bothered by this show? All of the "beauties" have vile personalities. They might be pretty on the inside but they are all ugly on the inside. The few times I tried watching this show, I had to turn it off, it disturbed me so much. Usually the guys seemed to be feeling very belittled and unhappy, was my impression. It plays on stereotypes.

I personally benefit seeing how NT beauties think and what they talk about and how they see geeks (I am an Aspie geek).

Those women were vile snakes. If only people looked the same both inside and out.

The WB no longer exists. It's the CW now.

I like that show.
I kind of expected it to be one of those dating shows.
You know the ones when they get the Geeky men to go on dates with one woman and in the elimination she kicks out the ones she thinks are too ugly.
One I saw they baught the Jocks in halfway through the season. That really isn't fair!

But it's good that they are helping each other.
I like the guy who can complete a Rubix cube with his eyes closed.

It seems to me that the basic assumption of this programme is that only men are geeks, and that women in fact have little or no social difficulties.

When I saw the TV programme, I thought it was perhaps a drama or a play - I did not realize it was actually REAL. It took me an abysmally long time to discover that the women were not in fact, acting, and that they were actually REAL PEOPLE...and really THAT stupid!
*shocked expletives*

In The UK version it seems to be more on the Geek's side whereas watching the U.S. one it seems to be more bias towards the 'Beauties'.

Thoughts?

Most of the "beauties" are not even pretty on the outside in my opinion. They have that tanning bed, bleached blond, fake breasted, acrylic nailed look that NT guys seem to love.

Well, I had aeen an episode of this show and I was not that fond of it.I'll admit that in some ways I could resemble the "Geeks" on the  as, often I have an interest in things that often don't sit well with others such as playing video games or reading things of a scientific nature however, In my own estimation I'd rather be with someone whom is averaging looking not, some real version of a Barbie Doll.Anyways, that is my thought on this.
