If it played nationwide in theaters or was widely advertised, it's pretty mainstream.

For suspense/apocalypse lovers, Pontypool:

Watched this tonight and it's incredibly tense. If you want to skip the trailer and preserve more mystery, a crew inside a radio tower watches and reports as a bizarre apocalypse unfolds.

Just watched your movie. Thank you, It was good.

I am not sure what genre this is:

If someone took something like scopolamine, and had to interpret the world through their metaphorical delirium it would probably be like this. I am pretty sure that is the premise of this film, but don't take my word for it; I watched a documentary about this very dangerous plant just prior to watching the film.

Spoilery, and vague probable hint: the reason there is so much colour upstream, is because everything downstream is covered in Pig s**t.
