An episode revolving around an autistic guy. I watched it some time back, recorded it this morning, started watching and recalled what it was about, so I thought I'd post.

Early nice line Vechio to Fraser, "What planet are you from?"

Finished watching my recording - I was even more impressed by it the second time round.

Another lovely bit of dialog (from scenes very reminiscent of Police Academy):

As newly graduating Elaine is holding gun on suspect...
Police school commandant: "Now that you have restrained the suspect, what do you do?"
Elaine, instantly: "Read him his Miranda rights, sir!"

Shortly later, in a similar position, but with Vecchio instead of Elaine...
Police school commandant: "Now that you have restrained the suspect, what do you do?"
Veccho, after a pause: "Er. Kick 'im is the head?"
