According to wikipedia Spectre is considered the 24th Bond movie, but I scrolled down to the bottom and it shows you all the other movies and unless I've miss counted there are actually 26. What ever Bond movies are left out what makes them different from the other 24, which ones are they again and if I decided to buy all movies in a boxset would those 2 be in there?

You should look at how many novels there are.

The two others could be the 1967 version of Casino Royale (Which from I know is very very weird! !! ) and Never Say Never Again which is the last Bond movie starring Sean Connery but was made by another Studio and not considered cannon. (Something about rights disputes, the rights for a adaptation of Thunderball was still in the hand of a independent producer and the ensuing rights dispute is the reason Spectre was throw out of Bond movies until now; Never Say Never Again is not considered a good Bond movie anyway.)

You don't need those two. 24 officially canon films. The Sean Connery and Daniel Craig ones are the best, too.
