The Twilight Zone (1959-1964), its follow-up Rod Serling's Night Gallery (1970-1973, pilot movie from 1969), the original Star Trek series (1966-1969, it was going to go into 1971 before NBC pulled the plug.)

My favourites are Doctor Who and Star Trek TOS, TNG, DSN, and Voyager.
