What exactly do you mean by character actors and actresses? Are you talking about voice over artists?

This is sort of tough because character actors are more often not the star of the film. I think Lon Chaney, the silent movie actor, would be an exception because he was all about creating the character.

Would you consider Gary Oldman a character actor? I do.

I would consider Jeffery Donovan a character actor as well.

Wikipedia says:
