I'd definitely put Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III at the bottom. It's the only film I sat through and felt genuinely bored throughout. Out of so much source material to work with, this is the direction they went with instead? A boring time travel movie that makes me rather play TMNT IV on SNES.
