Lucy Lawless who played Xena was also a Cylon operative on the Battle Star Galactica reboot. She was rather good in the role...

huh. i never realized it was her

i think what makes xena special is the way how it's plain and obvious that nothing is taken seriously. it's a face-value (and thigh-value :mrgreen:) tv show

Yeah, big fan of both shows from back in the day. In a way, Xena was basically the female Hercules.

I liked both shows, as well----but, I was a HUGE fan of Xena!! I own the 10th anniversary box set, and I've re-watched it SEVERAL times----I especially love the musical ones (especially the one where they had a talent show, to find the best singer in Thebes [or Athens, or wherever]).
