Cosplay thread?

I'm starting to get a little more involved in cosplay, mostly because making/wearing costumes has always been a special interest of mine. Anyone else cosplay? Post a photo of something you're proud of!

I'll start: my partner and I recently did an Adventure Time cosplay!

I've worn a few, but never made a complete costume myself - I've assembled or modified individual pieces of costumes, and commissioned a couple of sewn pieces from a more advanced cosplayer who was looking for practice and a bit of extra cash. I'm a bit cautious about putting my photo on the Internet, though, and my face is visible in all the costumes I've worn. I suppose I'm wary of limiting my field of vision with a mask, which is too bad in a way as without masks I feel limited to choosing characters I look like at least a little already.

Your Adventure Time costumes look both fun and comfortable - I've seen people overlook the second and go to cons in wonderful complex costumes that they couldn't bear wearing for more than a couple of hours.

That's an awesome Princess Bubblegum outfit, the Marceline is great too.

I've gone out as... Light Yagami, Hermione Granger, Peter Parker with my now ex-girlfriend as Mary Jane, Elphaba.

I love cosplay and really want to be a cosplayer. I've been Rose Tyler and the TARDIS from Doctor Who, Gwen Cooper from Torchwood, and a couple others. I'm working on making Gwen's wedding dress right now and a River Song from Doctor Who outfit.
