I can't think of any. Even Sherlock has a kind of love interest.

Ah ha! I'm watching law and order criminal intent and Goram and Eames never have any love stories or much outside work stories. That's maybe why I like this show.

I'm currently watching Rick And Morty on Adult Swim, and I can't recall either ever getting the girl.

I literally can't think of any shows i watch that a main character didn't have a love interest with. go figure!
