Does anyone else here like this show? I just got into it recently, and I think it's becoming one of my new obsessions. I've just ordered a DVD of it recently, and I've seen a few clips online (and I absolutely adore Crow! ). So is anyone else here a fan?

I haven't seen it in a while, but my favorite character is Tom Servo.

I love that show! I have some of it on DVD. Go to YouTube, and search under MST3k, and then when you find the clips look under the user names for episodes.

YES! One of my favorite shows of all time! Servo is my favorite. Where have you seen it? I didn't think it was on TV anymore.....

I heard about it in the Mutant Reviewers From Hell website, and got curious, so I checked out some clips online. I love the Posture Pals short the most so far, although the other clips that I've seen (particularly Crow believing that he's drunk, and has been dumped by "Debbie" ) are also brilliant! I wish it was still on TV, but until then watching it on Youtube and buying DVDs are almost as good.

The scenes you mentioned are not the best part. The best part is them critiquing the movie while in the theater. The skits are cute and funny sometimes (the episode with Mike on trial is my absolute favorite) but other than that, the movie scenes are the best.

MST3K is awesome! Find the DVD set with Prince of Space on it... You won't be sorry!

Yeah, that's a Gen X classic. I remember when it first came out and those who were in the "know" about thought they were so uber-cool (like me). I had a crush on Joel. Some of my favorites are "Satan vs Santa Claus," " "Girls Town" (with Paul Anka and Mel Torme playing teenagers!! !) and "Prince of Space" - I don't know if those first two are on DVD yet, but they ought to be!

I'm not sure, but I think I read that Satan vs Santa Claus is on the DVD I'm getting (unless I'm thinking of another DVD ). And while I don't see Joel in that way (although he is sweet ), I have to admit that Mike is quite cute! ^-^

I always liked Mike as host more, probably because he was the first I saw. I really like Time Chasers and Space Mutiny. I also really liked Red Zone Cuba. There are some others that have been mentioned, and others I have forgotten.

I don't know why, but this opening segment really cracks me up.

The funniest show ever made.

I am a *huge* MST3K fan. What makes it even stranger is that the series has never been broadcast in Canada. (Licensing issues involving the movie rights.) Between commercial releases on both VHS and DVD, and unreleased episodes via private collectors, I'd say I have close to 100 episodes of the series on hand.

If you haven't seen these, you haven't seen some the best in MST3K.
